Fevoff acts solely as a technology platform facilitating connections between Users and Partners.
Service prices are determined by Partners and displayed on the Platform.
Payments may be processed through approved payment gateways and financial service providers.
Applicable taxes and government charges may be added to the service price where required by law.
Fevoff shall not be responsible for losses arising from payment gateway failures, banking issues, or technical interruptions beyond its control.
Partners using the Platform agree to:
Provide accurate service descriptions.
Maintain required licenses and approvals.
Deliver services professionally and safely.
Honor confirmed bookings.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Partners remain solely responsible for the quality and delivery of their services.
Users agree to:
Provide accurate information when booking services.
Follow Partner guidelines and policies.
Treat Partner staff and facilities respectfully.
Attend bookings on time.
Comply with all applicable laws.
Users are responsible for any damages caused by their actions during service delivery.
Bookings may be canceled according to the cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking.
Cancellation fees may apply if cancellations occur after the permitted cancellation window.
Refund requests must be submitted through Fevoff Support within the timeframe specified for the booking.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
All content available on the Platform, including logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software, designs, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Fevoff.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without prior written permission.
Fevoff operates as a platform connecting Users and Partners.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fevoff shall not be liable for:
Service quality issues.
Partner actions or omissions.
Booking disputes.
Service interruptions.
Payment gateway failures.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Any disputes regarding service delivery should first be addressed with the relevant Partner.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fevoff, its directors, employees, affiliates, and Partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
Violation of these Terms.
Misuse of the Platform.
Breach of applicable laws.
Disputes resulting from your use of services.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using Fevoff, you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Fevoff may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform without prior notice if:

Fraudulent activity is suspected.
User conduct threatens platform security or operations.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh, India.
